LearnPlay Kids (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is developed by Iavitrix (“Iavitrix”, “the Developer”). This policy explains what information the App collects, why, and how a parent or guardian can review, correct, or delete it. The App is directed at children, and this policy is written with COPPA, the Google Play Families Policy, and Apple’s Kids Category requirements in mind.
The short version
- You can use every drawing, coloring, and tracing feature without creating an account.
- Your child’s finished pictures are stored on the device, not on our servers.
- Photos you turn into coloring pages are processed on the device — never uploaded anywhere.
- We do not show ads, run behavioral advertising, or sell personal information — to anyone, ever.
- Signing in is optional, created and controlled by a parent, and only used to restore a purchase.
Information we collect
Creations (drawings, colorings, traces). Everything your child draws or colors is saved locally on the device, using standard on-device storage. We do not receive, see, or store copies of your child’s artwork on our servers.
Photos used to create coloring pages. If a parent chooses the “My Own Art” or photo-to-outline feature, the selected photo is read from the device’s photo library (with permission) and processed entirely on the device using on-device image processing — it is never uploaded to Iavitrix or any third party. The App does not use the device camera.
Optional account (email). The App can be used fully without signing in. If a parent chooses to create an account, we collect an email address and an encrypted password (via our authentication provider, Supabase) solely to let a purchase be restored on another device. A child cannot create an account without a parent taking this action.
Purchase information. In-app purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play, and purchase/entitlement status is managed by RevenueCat, our subscription-management provider. We receive confirmation of what was purchased and whether it is active — we never receive payment card numbers or full billing details.
Diagnostic data. As of the effective date above, LearnPlay Kids does not use any third-party analytics or advertising SDK. If we later add crash-reporting or analytics tooling to help us fix bugs, it will be limited to technical, non-identifying diagnostic information, we will not use it for advertising, and we will update this policy first.
What we don’t do
- We do not display third-party advertising of any kind.
- We do not use behavioral or interest-based advertising, to children or adults.
- We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
- We do not require an account to use the App’s core features.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without a parent’s involvement.
Who we share information with
We use a small number of service providers (“sub-processors”) strictly to operate the App:
- Supabase — hosts the optional account/authentication system.
- RevenueCat — manages subscription and purchase entitlements.
- Apple / Google — process in-app payments through the App Store and Google Play.
We do not share information with anyone else, and we do not permit these providers to use it for their own advertising purposes.
Children’s privacy
LearnPlay Kids is designed for young children, and we built it so a child never needs to hand over any personal information to play: no account, no photo upload beyond on-device processing, and a press-and-hold parental gate before any purchase or external link. Any account that is created is created and controlled by a parent or guardian, not a child. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, contact us at the email below and we will delete it.
Data retention
Creations stored on the device remain until you delete them or delete the App. Account data (email) is kept until you ask us to delete it — see how to delete your account and data. We may retain minimal transaction records where a store (Apple/Google) or applicable law requires it.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information at any time by emailing awaisrazaaw3@gmail.com. See Account & Data Deletion for the full process.
International users
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. We require that any provider we use protects information consistent with this policy.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change what we collect or how we use it, we will update the effective date above and, where required by law or app store policy, seek renewed consent.
