This page explains how to delete your LearnPlay Kids account and associated data — you can request this whether or not the App is still installed on your device.
Do you even have an account?
LearnPlay Kids does not require an account to draw, color, or trace. Most families never create one. If you never tapped “Sign in” from the Premium hub, there is no server-side account to delete — your child’s creations exist only on the device and are removed the moment you delete the App.
Option 1: Delete it in the App (fastest)
Open LearnPlay Kids → Premium hub → Account, and tap “Delete my account.” Confirm the prompt and your account is deleted immediately — no waiting, no email required.
Option 2: Request it by email
No longer have the App installed, or prefer email? Send awaisrazaaw3@gmail.com the subject “Delete my account” from the same email address you signed up with (so we can confirm the request is really yours). We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account (email address and authentication credentials).
- Any profile information associated with that account in our database.
What we may retain
- Purchase and subscription records held by Apple’s App Store or Google Play — these are controlled by Apple/Google, not us, and are subject to their own retention policies.
- Minimal transaction records we are required to keep by law (for example, for tax or fraud- prevention purposes), kept only as long as legally required.
Creations stored locally on your device are never sent to us in the first place, so there is nothing server-side to delete for them — uninstalling the App removes them completely from that device.
Managing your subscription separately
Deleting your LearnPlay Kids account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Cancel there first if you no longer want to be billed, then request account deletion here.
